Hello!  It's Tim again with Tim Nichols & Sons, Inc. and I'd like to tell you a little about the history of our company.  Tim Nichols & Sons, Inc. is a 4th generation company and it all started with my grandfather in the early 1900's.  He started out painting houses and barns for some extra money during the depression.  Then my dad was born.  He grew up and took over the family business when he returned home from the navy after the Korean War.  When he arrived home, he started with the family business right away.  He and Mom started having kids, 6 of them in all, and I was one of them.  There were 2 girls and 4 boys.  As the 4 boys of the family (Jim, Ted, Todd, and myself) grew up, we started working with our father in the business and Dad still works with me as a salesman today.  As we boys grew physically, our knowledge about the business and of the products also grew.  We then started to venture off one by one, going our own ways.  Now, as we look at where we are, we realize that we owe what we are today to where it all started.  Thanks Grandpa...  and Dad...
